Our scientific interest focuses on bioactive peptides and small molecules related to the interdisciplinary fields of biomedical engineering and food science. Our research methods include experimental means, such as biomedical and food chemistry experiments, pharmacy and pharmacology, biotechnology experiments, and computational means, such as artificial intelligence, deeplearning, molecular simulation, molecular docking, and quantitative structure-activity relationship modeling. We are eager to explore the key scientific points with post-graduates, doctors and post-doctors related to biomedicine, pharmacy, food, chemistry, computer science and bioinformatics, etc.
